Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just enter the Britchops Shop. When you are in the shop, click on 'Add to Shopping Cart' button . Click 'Checkout Now' when prompted and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Britchops Drum Tuition accepts payment by credit card or cheque. If you wish to pay by credit card simply select 'Credit Card' in the method of payment box when asked for your details. Your purchase will then be processed immediately online through Netbanx Ltd Credit Card Processing. If you would rather pay by cheque then select 'Invoice and Payment Before Delivery' when asked for your details. See 'Reaching Us' below for address to send cheque payment after placing your order. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept all major credit/debit cards inc. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Switch and Delta. Delivery Schedule Upon approval of payment all customers will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the download page URL and a Username and Password to access your download account. Simply go to the download URL, enter your given Username and Password from the confirmation e-mail and download the course. After payment using a credit/debit card you will receive your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your order. Payment by cheque will result in a short delay until your cheque has been cleared. Please send your cheque as soon as possible after ordering and allow 10-14 days from order date for this to be processed. See Reaching Us below for contact address. Upon cheque approval you will receive your confirmation e-mail. All customers will be allocated one download per order. Tax Charges The price of the Britchops Foundation Drum Course is inclusive of all VAT charges.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. The Britchops Foundation Drum Course comes with a 7 day cooling-off period from the date you downloaded the course. In the case of a refund, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product (and any related installation codes) including all direct costs involved.
