System Requirements
The Britchops Foundation Drum Course requires the following minimum system requirements (including requirements to run Acrobat Reader Software
and GM/GS/XG MIDI Players):
- Intel Pentium 166 mmx MHz CPU (P200mmx or above recommended)
- 16 MB of RAM (32MB recommended)
- Windows 95/98/2000/Me/XP (all revisions supported) or Mac OS equivalent (with GM MIDI only. See Important Note below)
- 16-Bit MPC level 2 compliant sound card
- Speakers for sound card
- 30 MB of hard disk space for installation
- MIDI compatible playback application (such as media player or any professional sequencer) for MIDI playback under Windows 95/98/2000/Me/XP.
- DirectX 5.0 or higher required for direct sound support (your card must also have direct support for the XG player to work).
Important Note:
The Britchops Foundation Drum Course will run on Mac OS BUT only with GM MIDI playback using a Mac compatible MIDI playback device (vanBasco MIDI Karaoke Player only available
for Windows PC users).
At present most Yamaha XG MIDI SoftSynthesizers and XG compatible devices do NOT run on Mac OS.
