Yamaha announces it is
discontinuing S-YXG50 Softsynthesizers
It
is with great regret that Britchops Drum Tuition
must announce that Yamaha has discontinued the
S-YXG50 Softsynthesizer (used extensively by
Britchops Drum Tuition). Britchops Drum Tuition
can assure its customers that current owners of
the S-YXG20/50/100 Softsynthesizer range (used
by over 40 million worldwide) will be able to
make continued use of the XG MIDI drum voices
for the Britchops Foundation Drum Course. The
course is also still compatible with other XG
MIDI products still available through Yamaha,
such as the incredible SW1000XG. See
